We position companies to navigate the unique challenges of early-stage bioscience company development.

iSelect Fund

Investors in iSelect Fund leverage the combined diligence efforts of our internal team, a 3rd party FINRA broker dealer, and our Selection Committee composed of “been-there, done-that” entrepreneurs and venture capital investors. When added together, iSelect Fund spends between 80-120 man-hours per deal on diligence. Our investors can be assured that each management team within our portfolio has a legitimate chance of successfully executing their business plan.

Invest Midwest

InvestMidwest is a venture capital conference that showcases 40-45 companies from throughout the Midwest in the three industry tracks of life sciences, technology and food/ag/bioenergy.

The Missouri Technology Corporation (“MTC”) is a public-private partnership created by the Missouri General Assembly to promote entrepreneurship and foster the growth of new and emerging high-tech companies. MTC focuses on 21st Century bioscience industries that build on Missouri’s rich history in agriculture and technology.

SBIR

The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program is a highly competitive program that encourages domestic small businesses to engage in Federal Research/Research and Development (R/R&D) that has the potential for commercialization. Through a competitive awards-based program, SBIR enables small businesses to explore their technological potential and provides the incentive to profit from its commercialization. By including qualified small businesses in the nation’s R&D arena, high-tech innovation is stimulated and the United States gains entrepreneurial spirit as it meets its specific research and development needs.
