BioSTL, CET and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) are delighted to co-host an evening for healthcare professionals, local business leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators who are interested in

  • learning more about trends and innovations in healthcare;
  • exploring how to be more entrepreneurial where they are;
  • thinking about healthcare entrepreneurship; and
  • meeting local healthcare entrepreneurs.

The event will feature Steve Epner from The Startup Within, who will explore how to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset wherever you are, followed by a panel discussion on trends and developing technologies in areas such as cybersecurity, virtual reality/augmented reality, and pharma/medical device/biotech, with key representatives of the St. Louis Healthcare Innovation Landscape such as: ITEN, SixThirty-Cyber, BioSTL and the VR/AR Association (final panel in formation). Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with local healthcare entrepreneurs on-hand to showcase their innovations and learn more about the host facility, Mercy Virtual Care Center, from Katie Nowak, MSPT, MBA, FACHE, Vice President, Care Management Informatics and Business Support at Mercy.
